Welcome Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN): is a non-profit healthcare organization that provides medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse, pharmacy, and community based services which include case management, outreach to the homeless, adolescent services, health education, and maternal child health to the underserved, uninsured and working families who can not afford these services. MCPN has a network of eleven health centers located throughout the metropolitan Denver area, serving the community of Arapahoe, Jefferson, Douglas and Adams counties and the Cities of Aurora, Lakewood, Edgewater, Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Bailey, Arvada and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. No families or individuals are turned away because of their inability to pay. We accept all private insurance, Medicaid, Colorado Child Health Plan Plus, Medicare and the Colorado Indigent Care Program. Your support of the healthcare safety-net is very important at this time. MCPN Community Awards Each year at the Annual Green Tie Gala, MCPN spotlights a community partner that has shown exceptional support to our communtity and organization. Volunteer of the Year: Ebenezer Ekuban

Kaiser Permanente has provided resources to MCPN and has impacted healthcare to the medically underserved in an extraordinary way. Each year Kaiser has provided monetary resources to MCPN through grants, and recently had 20 physicians and staff volunteer on Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday to refurbish our Jeffco Clinic in Lakewood.
