Evenings and weekends by appointment. From the first year of MCPN HealthCorps in 1995, the program’s goal has been to positively impact the lives of clinic patients through education, increased outreach services, case management services and resource referrals with other community agencies. The program also seeks to enhance member’s life experience through direct training and medical outreach. HealthCorps members serve in four basic program areas: Homeless Outreach Services, Maternal Child Health Education, Wellness Education, and School Based Health 3515 S.
