PROVIDER HANDBOOK

MCPN serves as the medical home for all Specialty Referral Network patients.  When a patient needs to see a specialist, we make a referral to a provider in our specialty referral network.

Providers in our Specialty Referral Network manage their own caseloads and have the flexibility to see patients in their own offices or at an MCPN clinic.

Specialty Referral Network staff members are always available to meet with providers or visit your office for an in-service.
