ABOUT THE SPECIALTY REFERRAL NETWORK The Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN) Specialty Referral Network provides a workable solution to one of the most pressing health care problems facing the uninsured and medically underserved in our community — access to specialty care services. The Specialty Referral Network envisions a healthcare delivery system where patients have access to affordable comprehensive healthcare services. Our mission is to help facilitate affordable access to specialty care services for our patients. We facilitate affordable access to specialty care services for MCPN patients who lack private or public health insurance through donated medical care and services from our network of providers and hospitals. The Specialty Referral Network is a rewarding experience that allows providers to demonstrate their commitment to the ideals of their profession.
